A Bit About My Background
I've spent fifteen years across HR and recruitment, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, culture and engagement with multinational companies and startups across the Middle East.
Five of those years were spent scaling HR at a global consulting firm, growing the team from 75 to nearly 500 people across five countries. More recently, that same expertise has shaped my work as an HR consultant, and as a career coach.
I've also made my own share of career shifts along the way, across industries and roles, which is exactly why I understand what it actually takes to reposition yourself with confidence.
Today, I guide women at career crossroads, whether they are contemplating a career shift, seeking deeper meaning in their role, rebuilding after burnout, preparing for promotion, returning after a break, or ready to rise with passion and courage.
